2. Non-refundable after purchase

Because a full 24-hour trial is provided to verify the service, subscriptions are non-refundable after purchase.

3. Downtime exception

The only exception: if the service is down for more than 4 consecutive days and cannot be restored, you are eligible for a refund of the unused period.
